Title: Wooden Plant Labels
Post by: William Schlegel on 2024-11-04, 06:04:51 AM
Does anyone use wooden plant labels? I am switching to them and wondering how best to mark on them.

I use wooden labels and just write on them with a felt tip pen. The marking lasts as long as the labels do - which is about 2 years in my rainy wet climate.

Likewise, marked with a sharpie.
YMMV though for how long the markings last.  I used a thin tip marker on popsicle sticks, sun exposure made a difference to how legible they remained for the season.  The regular thick marker may last longer.

I've been using nursery marking pens on the plastic ones.
