Are there any thornless roses that grow tasty hips?

I used sometimes baking soda with difficults seeds i dont know if it worth it on all the seeds but it less dangerous than peroxide

I decided to soak my rose seeds in 3% peroxide for a couple of hours before planting in a pot, which went out in the greenhouse for winter.   Looks like germination is great on this Beach Rose.  There are 22 seedlings up, from the seeds from that one hip. 
The article on rugosa hybrids did say that it hybridized with other rose species fairly easily, so a cross with some of my non-rugosa-hybrids might be a possibility.
Still I will be happy to have lots of the beach rose itself and make a good hedge somewhere, loaded with food.
